STEMCELL Technologies RosetteSep™ Human B Cell Enrichment Cocktail, For processing: 40 mL whole blood processed
The RosetteSep™ Human B Cell Enrichment Cocktail is designed to isolate B cells from whole blood by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing non-B cells and glycophorin A on red blood cells (RBCs). When centrifuged over a buoyant density medium such as RosetteSep™ DM-L (Catalog #15705) or Lymphoprep™ (Catalog #07801), the unwanted cells pellet along with the RBCs. The purified B cells are present as a highly enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the buoyant density medium.
STEMCELL Technologies EasySep™ Human CD2 Positive Selection Kit II, For processing: 1 x 10^9 cells
The EasySep™ Human CD2 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD2+ cells from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD2 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD2 antigen is expressed on T cells and NK cells.This product replaces the EasySep™ Human CD2 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18657) for even faster cell isolations.

Recognizes a protein of 205 kDa-220 kDa, identified as CD45RA (Workshop III). CD45RA is isoforms of the human leukocyte common antigen (CD45). Human CD45 contains three exons which encode peptide segments designated A, B and C, respectively. The differential splicing of the exons generates at least five isoforms, ABC, AB, BC, B and O. This antibody reacts with ABC and BC isoforms. CD45RA is expressed on 40-50% of peripheral CD4 T-cells, 50% of peripheral CD8 T-cells, B-cells, and leukemic B-cell lines. T-cells expressing CD45RA are naive or virgin T-cells. T-cells expressing CD45RO are memory T-cells.
